The state is investigating the charitable foundation of Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend, a spokesman for the attorney general said Monday.

Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri, 29, who dates the “Devil Wears Prada” star, heads the Follieri Foundation, a charity whose work includes vaccinating children in Third World countries.

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is heading the probe, Cuomo spokesman Matt Glazer said. He said he could not comment further on the ongoing investigation.
The Foundation has not filed IRS tax disclosure forms required from charities, according to a review of records by the Associated Press.

The New York Post, which first reported the investigation, said Hathaway was previously on the foundation’s board of directors, but it was unclear when or for how long. Read more…

Washington: American actress Kate Hudson has refused to deny or confirm that she is dating Lance Armstrong, insisting that its best to “let people speculate.”

Appearing on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show, the actress was trying to plug her new eco-friendly hair product line with long time stylist David Babaii.

“Are the rumours you’re dating Lance Armstrong true?” Usmagazine quoted Seacrest as asking.

“I don’t discuss my personal life,” Hudson replied back.

“My main priority in my life is my son and the number one thing I’ve learned is to discuss [these] things only causes more problems and more words taken out of context,” she said.

“Everything is always misconstrued and it’s always better to just let people speculate,” she added.

Seacrest then turned the tables on Hudson’s hairstylist, hoping to catch Babaii unawares.

“Have you ever done Lance’s sideburns?” Seacrest asked Babaii. Read more…
